           PERSONAL TRAINING 

 

The great thing about fitness is there is a place for everyone. Coaches have coaches and trainers have trainers. It's not just for athletes, celebrities, bodybuilders, models or to reach a specific goal. Personal Training has a level for all and an approach for each individual. For some, it's as simple as needing accountability, a partner, motivation and specialized programming to take out the guess work. Others may need it to save their life and everything in between.  Working one on one provides awesome support with creative, relevant workouts that allow you to see your progress but also to have fun with them. 

Group Workout
           FITCAMP, SPECIAL VENUE and SENIOR FITNESS

A new approach to an old standard. There is always the good old boot camp style of doing things but that is not the most ideal way to reach a variety of people. For some, it needs to be drilled in with a more disciplined approach. We cater to those who just want to come out, be part of a group, have fun, get motivated, be motivating, have friendly competition, get or stay in shape or push yourself into your own greatness. The environment we create is welcoming, safe, positive and motivating. Get out of your own way and be a part of something bigger. Bring a friend! If you would like to send us a SPECIAL VENUE request, we'd love to help. Whether you need a Fit Over 50 Celebration, Bridal or Birthday FITCAMP, PERSONAL TRAINING on location (filming site), give us a shout and let us bring FITNESS to you. For our SENIOR FITNESS community, we LOVE our SENIORS so we encourage you to stay active with us. We've got awesome ways to keep YOU at your best.

           SMALL GROUP and PARTNER TRAINING

 

Small Group training offers both the feel of one-on-one Personal Training with the group environment but not as large as FITCAMP. This is for 4-6 people who may have similar goals or fitness interests. This works really well providing a high quality workout, whether training for an event or just getting your best in with some friends. Our PARTNER TRAINING is an excellent option for 2. When you have someone else that will commit to getting and staying healthy and active, it makes a lot of difference. It also helps share the cost. Part of the success for all of us, is having someone in your corner that isn't draining you but supporting a better lifestyle and ready to go the distance with you.

           WORKPLACE WELLNESS

 

Do you have a team of coworkers or staff that need a boost? Is your employer focused on providing outstanding options and incentives, to keep you healthy and active? Let’s keep you at you best at work. We have great options for LUNCH and LEARN or a regularly scheduled POWER HALF HOUR. During a LUNCH and LEARN we discuss various health topics along with some movement. Our POWER HALF HOUR gets you fired up with fitness, ready to finish off your day feeling inspired, refreshed and ready to reflect that positive energy onto others. A perfect break in the day.

There is so much confusion and an abundance of information both good, bad and in between. The one sound bit of knowledge we all have is, we know what our weaknesses are, where we can improve, but often don't know where to start. We're here to help you! We gather comprehensive information, look at your social support, readiness for change, habits and work with a Dietary Record to see what areas we can improve upon.  We offer Basic Nutrition Coaching, Kitchen Makeovers and Grocery store tours.
